Hiii everyone !
Today’s a new day !
And it’s day 3 already, time IS moving fast. I hope you’re enjoying the daily posts as much as I am. As MFL week is going on, I figured it’s only right to talk about me ^^
I have been posting a few things about my hair but there are things that some of you don’t know.
Let’s start confessing shall we ?
Soooo my natural hair color is jet black, I’m not lying it is. It’s as black as it can get.
Many people have asked me whether I dyed it to get my hair to be that color but nope it’s all natural… Or let’s say it W A S. Now before I get a shoe thrown at me, let me explain with four words..
I DYED MY HAIR.
Some of you may ask why I did that, well let’s just say I love my hair but it’s always good to switch things up a bit, and I wanted to REALLY switch things up. Not for anyone but for myself.
So here I was thinking about what color I should dye my hair and came across R E D. I love the way red hair looks and just decided to go for it. I mean it’s all about seizing the day right??
Well unfortunately for me, it wasn’t that simple.. it was a tiring process and an annoying one as well.
I was scared to dye it, because so many naturalists don’t recommend it and say that it’s not Natural to dye ones hair, I respect their opinion but respect mine too.
Moviing on, I bought Dark&Lovely vivacious Red and dyed my hair at home by myself,(living on a student budget is not easy) and it came out… well BLACK. I was annoyed.. to the fullest.
The only time I could see the color was with natural filter (the Sun) and artificial filter (on my phone). ⬅️⬅️⬅️
That’s definitely not how I wanted it, so after a few weeks of deep conditioning I decided to go for it again (yes I’m
stubborn ambitious like that!)
Aaaand it came out great, my hair felt a little dry, which is totally normal btw, so I deep conditioned it after and two days later again. And I must say that I LOVE it!!!
You can see the pictures below and I will post more information about dying hair in the near future so watch out for that !!
